Personal Information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, city, province, country, address, postal code, gender, email address, phone number, school, year of study, program, courses you have enrolled in, and courses are currently enrolling in. We refer to this information as “Personal Information.” Your personal information such as your username, password, email, and other information related to providing you services through the Websites will also be collected when you create an account through the Websites.
Device Information when you visit the Websites, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse the Websites, information about the individual web pages or services that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Websites, and information about how you interact with the Websites.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If We become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
In the Event of Acquisition, Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy
In the event that Bluekey Education is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
